The oeuvre of Charles and Ray Eames is distinguished by its extraordinary breadth and uncompromising quality. The famous pioneering furniture designs by the Eameses have long been considered classics, yet even after decades they also remain current and relevant.This exhibition of the most important furniture pieces by Charles and Ray Eames presents the works in thematic groups. Texts and vintage illustrations accompany the artefacts, providing information on distinctive structural features and the historical context from which these designs emerged.
